What would be nice is effective customer service and being able to do a wire transfer without having to wait forever on hold to finally be able to talk with a rep to only end up being added to a queue and get called back after 4:30 and they can no longer do the wire transfer for you and ask you to call back again the next day. Why would i do that only for it to happen again. I am just going to close all my accounts a refinance my loans with someone else the better rates on checking and slightly lower rates on loans is not worth the hassle.
