Terms

• Eligible Participant:
  • Open to residents of any one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a U.S. personal account with PayPal in good standing
  • Must view an Invitation banner or onsite placement (determined solely by PayPal)
• Offer Period:
  • Starts upon receiving the Invitation
  • Ends on August 31, 2023
• How it Works:
  • Eligible Participant clicks through the Invitation link
  • Makes at least one Eligible Purchase using the Valid Account during the Offer Period
  • Receives PayPal Rewards points (Points)
  • Points can be redeemed for up to 10% cash back, max $30 (3000 Points)
  • Points distribution stops after reaching the maximum during the Offer Period
  • Receipt and redemption of Points are subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement
• Reward:
  • Points should appear in the Account Overview within 14 days after qualifying
  • Exclusions for Points redemption towards eligible PayPal purchases:
    • Send/receive money transactions (including “Goods and Services” payments)
    • PayPal.me purchases
    • PayPal Debit Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard®, PayPal Extras Mastercard®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® purchases made using the card directly (not through the Valid Account)
    • PayPal transaction fees
    • Transactions made in currencies other than USD
  • Use of the Reward will be reflected in the PayPal receipt and/or Valid Account transaction details.
