Travelocity is yet another big player in the travel search engine scene.
Pricing is very comparable among all the popular search engines, so it really just comes down to which site navigation features you prefer. Whether or not you have a credit card branded with the search engine could also play a role in your decision as well (I personally have the Priceline Credit Card).
As you can see in the example below, Travelocity’s prices are equivalent to Priceline’s when doing a standard hotel search:
Also, similar to Priceline’s “Express Deals” feature, Travelocity has a similar “Top Secret Hotels” feature that gives you discounted hotel rates where you must book before knowing the exact hotel name.
I do like how they put together their “Vacation Packages” and “Things To Do” as a navigation option. These features help out when you’re not quite sure where you want to go and need some suggestions.
