How HelloFresh Works
HelloFresh provides a new menu every week with 20 meals. You can select the ones you want, or you can let HelloFresh choose for you. All recipes come with nutrition details, so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body.
To get started, select your preference:
- Meat & Veggies is the most basic plan featuring a wide range of recipes and meals.
- Family Friendly is easy to prepare and kid-approved.
- Quick and Easy will be ready in 30 minutes or less.
- Veggie is plant-based, definitely vegetarian but not always vegan.
- Calorie Smart are about 650 calories or less per serving.
- Pescatarian features seafood and no meat.
Then choose the number of servings you’d like per meal (2 or 4) and how many weekly meals you want to purchase (2, 3, 4, or 5). Please note, you are not locked into your preferences and settings. You can swap out a dish for one under a different preference and adjust the number of servings and weekly meals at any time.
HelloFresh delivers on a weekly basis. You’ll get a box with all the food you need, pre-portioned for easy preparation, along with directions so you can cook the meal on your own.
