CVS is offering a free heart health screening voucher that can be used at any MinuteClinic location starting February 1, 2023, while supplies last. This health screening voucher includes a cholesterol test, blood pressure check, blood glucose (or A1c for diabetics) test, and body mass index measurement. It’s important to note that this screening should not be a substitute for an annual wellness physical.
To be eligible for this screening, patients must be 18 years of age or older and redeem the voucher in-person at a MinuteClinic. This voucher cannot be applied to a MinuteClinic Virtual Care visit.
Bottom Line
Don’t use it to replace an annual physical exam but nice to get a free screening between those annual visits.
