Booking.com Limitations
Booking.com is one of the leading OTAs in the industry, but there is one huge drawback. Although Booking.com offers the Genius loyalty program, there’s no points-earning rewards program available.
If you’re a member of a hotel loyalty program, you most likely won’t earn points if you book the room via Booking.com. Additionally, you won’t reap the benefits of your elite status. If earning points and status perks are important to you, we recommend you book directly through the hotel’s website.
